Where can I view Sonia Petroff products?
Please visit our Stockists page to view a list of retail partners around the world that stock our pieces.
For those in London, we have a showroom in Jermyn Street and visits can be arranged by appointment. Showroom details can be found at the bottom of our Stockists page.
From time to time, we also host events, pop-ups and trunk shows. Keep an eye on our Events page for more details.
Order Management
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Once your order is collected by our courier, the order will need to be returned to us through our Returns process.
Why can't I complete my order?
We may be unable to accept your order if:
- Payment cannot be authorized
- Items are out of stock or fail quality checks
- Shipping restrictions apply to your location
- The order doesn't meet our eligibility criteria

Where is my order?
Once your order is with our courier, you will receive tracking information for your parcel. Please contact our Customer Care team if you have any further questions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, JCB) through our secure Shopify platform using Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption.
When will my credit card be charged?
Payment will be taken at the time you place your order.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most international locations. If you have any specific questions, please contact our Customer Care team.
Customs and Duties
Will I have to pay customs and duties?
For UK, US and Eurozone countries, customs, duties and taxes are included in the final product price and Sonia Petroff ships the items as "Duty paid".
For any other international territories, the customer is responsible for additional import duties, customs and taxes, which will be collected by the courier.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return my item?
Contact us at customercare@soniapetroff.com to initiate a return. We'll provide you with return instructions and any necessary return labels. The return process must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
What is your refund policy?
You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact us in writing at customercare@soniapetroff.com to arrange a return label for the products.
We will provide a full refund once the items have been returned back to us.
Account Management
I cannot log into my account. What should I do?
For security reasons, we cannot send passwords via email. Please use our password reset function on the login page. If you continue having issues, contact customercare@soniapetroff.com for assistance.
How can I change my personal details?
You can update your personal details and email preferences by logging into your account. If you need assistance, please contact customercare@soniapetroff.com.
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact us at customercare@soniapetroff.com. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for legal obligations, such as order history for tax and accounting purposes.

Where are products produced?
Our pieces are handcrafted by skilled Italian artisans in small studios in Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, and Venezia. Each piece is made in small batches using traditional Italian techniques to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
What materials are used?
Sonia Petroff jewelry and statement belts are crafted in 24k gold or silver palladium overlay on brass and feature rich colourways of enamel, resin or other imitation stones. The leather used on Sonia Petroff belts is Genuine Italian leather.

Why is an item out of stock?
We produce our pieces in small batches to maintain the highest quality and artisanal standards. When items sell out, we'll restock them based on demand. You can sign up for notifications to be alerted when your desired item becomes available again.
What is a pre-order?
From time to time, we take pre-orders for products that are due to arrive from our suppliers. We take payment at the time of order placement and will be in touch to update you on the delivery timeline. Pre-order customers receive priority when items arrive.
Do you offer customisation?
No, we do not offer customisation at this time. Each piece in our collection is designed to capture the authentic spirit of Sonia Petroff's original vision.
