We offer two delivery services to ensure your jewelry reaches you when you need it:

• United States: 6-9 days

Express Delivery

• UK: 1-2 days

• Eurozone: 1-3 days

• Rest of Europe: 1-3 days

• United States: 1-3 days

• Rest of World: 1-3 days

All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the dispatch date. We'll deliver within 30 days of accepting your order unless extraordinary circumstances prevent this.

Currency and Pricing

• UK, Eurozone, and GBP markets: Prices are charged in the displayed currency with no conversion

Free Shipping
We currently offer free standard shipping to UK addresses only. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time - check our website for current offers.

International Shipping

• UK, EU, and US customers: No additional import duties or taxes will be charged

• All other international destinations: You may be responsible for additional import duties and taxes, which will be collected by our courier at delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs.

Customs Documentation
We handle all necessary export documentation. However, you're responsible for ensuring items can be legally imported to your destination country. From time to time, our courier may request additional information such as ID verification, SSN (in the US), or other documentation required by local customs authorities.

Pre-Order Items
For pre-order items, customers who make advance payments receive priority. If pre-ordered items become unavailable due to production issues, we'll notify you by email and refund your payment within 30 days.
