Product Information

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors exactly as they appear in real life due to screen variations.

Pricing and Currency

United States, United Kingdom, and European Union customers: Payments are processed in your local currency with customs and duties included in the final price.

Other international markets: Prices are converted to your local currency based on fluctuating exchange rates. You are responsible for any additional import duties and taxes, which will be collected by our courier at delivery.

Stock and Availability

Items in your basket are not reserved until you complete your purchase. Popular items may sell out during your shopping session. We'll notify registered customers by email within 24 hours when requested items become available, though high-demand items may sell out quickly.

For pre-order items, customers who make advance payments receive priority. If pre-ordered items become unavailable due to production issues, we'll notify you by email and refund your payment within 30 days.

Placing Your Order

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This is not yet an acceptance of your order. We'll email you again when your items are dispatched - this is when the contract between us is formed and completed.

We may be unable to accept your order if:

  • Payment cannot be authorized

  • Items are out of stock or fail quality checks

  • Shipping restrictions apply to your location

  • The order doesn't meet our eligibility criteria

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or delivery address to ensure fair access to our products.

Pricing

Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, sales, and other commercial factors. The price you pay will be the one displayed when we accept your order, unless there's an obvious error.

If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered:

  • We'll contact you as soon as possible

  • We're not obligated to honor incorrect prices

  • If you've already paid, we'll provide a full refund

  • We may cancel orders with pricing errors, even if they're in transit

UK and EU Customers

If you're based in the UK or EU, you have important statutory rights that these Terms cannot remove, including:

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact us in writing to exercise this right.

Returns Policy: We'll provide a full refund of the item cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice or returned items (whichever is later). Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the product is faulty.

Some items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (such as pierced earrings).

Delivery and Risk

When You Own Your Items

You'll own your purchases when we receive full payment and deliver them to your specified address. Items remain our responsibility until delivered.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch date. We'll deliver within 30 days of accepting your order unless extraordinary circumstances prevent this.

Signature Requirements

We do not require a signature for delivery, though individual couriers may request one at their discretion. If you choose no-signature delivery (where available), you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage after the courier attempts delivery. Our courier may refuse delivery if they consider the address unsafe.

Delays

If delivery is delayed by events outside our control, we'll contact you promptly and work to minimize the impact. You can cancel and receive a full refund if delays become substantial.
