At Sonia Petroff, we want you to love every piece in your collection. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.
Your 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any item for a full refund. We believe this gives you plenty of time to try on your pieces and ensure they're perfect for you.
How to Return Your Order
Getting Started Contact us at customercare@soniapetroff.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and let us know which items you'd like to return.
Preparing Your Return

Items must be in new, unworn condition with all Sonia Petroff tags attached

Include the original dust bag (original packaging appreciated but not required)

We understand you may need to try pieces on to check fit and styling - this is perfectly fine
Sending Items Back Once we've processed your return request, we'll contact you to arrange collection or provide return instructions. Returns are free of charge - we'll take care of the logistics for you.
Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
We'll refund the full item price. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Items We Can't Accept
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings. All other jewelry and accessories are eligible for return within our standard terms.
Exchanges
Currently, we process all requests as returns with new orders for different items. This ensures you receive exactly what you want without delays.
Your Consumer Rights
UK & EU Customers You have statutory rights under consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 28-day return window goes beyond these legal requirements to give you even more flexibility. These rights are separate from our returns policy and provide additional protection.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customercare@soniapetroff.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including original shipping costs.
Fair Returns Policy
We monitor return patterns to maintain fair access to our products for all customers. Excessive returns (typically more than 4 returns within 12 months) may be reviewed and could result in account limitations.
